1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ClosePilotAI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

2. The Service

ClosePilotAI is an AI-assisted WhatsApp customer messaging platform. It connects to a WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform to send and receive messages, automate replies, and run outreach campaigns on your behalf.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, and only message people who have opted in to receive messages from you.
• You must not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, or misleading content.
• You are responsible for the content you send and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must have the right to process any customer data you upload or handle.

4. Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Meta's policies, or applicable law, or that put connected WhatsApp numbers at risk (for example, generating high user-block or spam-report rates).

5. Fees

Paid plans and message costs, where applicable, are billed as described at signup. Message charges levied by Meta are your responsibility and are billed through your own Meta payment method.

6. Data

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated replies may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing automated messaging. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding month.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
